Situated in a prime location, very close to St Andrews Castle & Cathedral ruins, this apartment is located directly across from the main building of St Andrews University.... and minutes walk to everything!

2015, we (Luxury Lets & Lifestyle) were one of the key collaborators in the development of this building  which was historically in a state of disrepair. On completion three individual accommodations were created within, and it quickly became apparent that they were too special to let go. Hence...Luxury Lets & Lifestyle kept one! Why  did we choose to retain the top floor apartment?...well, 2 bedrooms with a cosy city loft feel and rooftop views made this a certain addition to our holiday let portfolio.

2024, we personally took onboard the project of some further refurbishments to the communal entrance hallway and interior upgrades to the apartment, making this one of the best small holiday let properties in the old town.

The location & accommodation make this a fantastic choice for a short stay in St Andrews. Bijoux, cosy & homely with a little bit of luxury!

(This is the top floor apartment within a three apartment development. There are other occupants within the building to consider. The apartments were newly refurbished in 2015 with excellent insulation in line with current building regulations, however respect should always be given to other residents with regards to noise, particularly within the communal hallway area. Noise levels should be respected during the hours of 10.00pm-9.00am. Terms and conditions of the rental assume compliance with these considerations).
